Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from New Jersey, United States.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim whenever possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
